- TRA Senior Living Community Client (IL, AL, MC) in O’Fallon, IL: At the end of April 2022, this senior living community was stuck at approximately 46% occupancy (68 units occupied). It now stands at 90% occupied, which represents 135 units occupied, or approximately double the number of units occupied vs. spring 2022.
- TRA Senior Living Community Client (IL, AL, MC) in Glen Carbon, IL: Since opening in October 2023, this senior living community already has 37 units occupied, constituting a fill-up rate of 12 net units per month. Plus, through an aggressive multi-channel marketing campaign orchestrated by The Roche Associates, Inc., the number of leads for the community has tripled since the spring of 2023.
- TRA Senior Living Community Client (Entrance-Fee IL Community) in South Shore of Boston: In February 2022, occupancy for Phase II of this entrance fee senior living community was at 73.5%, with only 75 units occupied. Subsequent to the reengagement of The Roche Associates, Inc. (TRA) in May of 2022, occupancy rose to 98% in January 2023. During the pre-sales phase of this community, TRA had also helped this client double the number of sales from 2 to 4 to 5 net units per month. These strong pre-sales numbers served as a lynchpin to this community gaining the needed funding and moving ahead with its Phase II Development.
- TRA Senior Living Community Client (IL, AL, MC) in Ludlow`, MA: At the end of April 2022, this community was at 90.5% occupancy. Right now, our client is at 95.5% occupancy, which is the highest occupancy achieved in years.
