Joseph L. Roche has organized, structured, managed, and implemented over 1,000 distinct planning, marketing and sales campaigns for a variety of products and services in the private and public sectors over the past 42 years.

Since starting The Roche Associates in 1981, Mr. Roche has managed and participated in over 1,000 consulting engagements ranging from full-service marketing, to sales management, to market research and management consulting, to feasibility analysis including test marketing, to due diligence endeavors, to strategic plan development, to community organization and public relations, to Certificate of Need preparation. The Business Network, a national leader in educational programs and products for the senior living and health care industries, addressed over 30,000 senior living and health care professionals, managers and key personnel at its annual seminars.  Also, AIC Conferences Interna­tional and Modern Health Care asked Joseph Roche to be their expert on marketing of assisted living and retirement community facilities nationwide, as demonstrated by their selection of him for three consecutive years to be the primary speaker on marketing and sales topics at numerous national conferences including their Annual Senior Housing Summit.  In addition, Joseph Roche was one of only two speakers from the United States chosen by AIC Conferences International to speak at its international conference in Sydney, Australia on “Aged Care Solutions for the New Millennium.”  Mr. Roche has also served a term as adjunct marketing faculty for The Johns Hopkins University/NIC Executive Development Program in Senior Housing and Care.

Mr. Roche, has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal for his company’s direct marketing leadership in the Senior Living Industry, and also served as the Assisted Living Federation of America’s marketing expert consultant to the news media. Mr. Roche has also written extensively for publications like Spectrum, Contemporary Long Term Care, Provider, The American Health Care Association Journal, and Assisted Living Today.

Mr. Roche is a graduate of Dayton University and holds a Masters Degree in Community Organization and Planning from the University of Illinois.
