As the Operations Director of The Roche Associates, I orchestrate and manage all aspects of client success and support, as well as all aspects of our financial and logistical management.

At The Roche Associates—recently recognized as the Top Senior Living Marketing Agency 2025 by Elder Care Review—we do things differently. For over 44 years, we have specialized in turning around and filling senior living and healthcare communities at up to twice the national average fill-up rate. We don’t just consult; we partner with our clients to achieve and sustain 95%+ occupancy, often aligning our own success directly with theirs through performance-based fee structures.

My role is to translate our agency’s unmatched market research braintrust (built on surveying over 50,000 residents) and hands-on campaign orchestration into seamless operational reality.

With 30+ years of proven leadership experience in mission-driven environments, I bring a rare combination of rigorous analytical engineering and strategic business management to our operations. To date, I have overseen the design, production, and delivery of numerous high-performing direct mail campaigns and professional marketing phone calls. I am deeply hands-on, managing our elite professional phone staff and participating in a majority of our weekly client marketing and sales oversight meetings to ensure flawless execution and maximum ROI.
