The average projected monthly revenue from one assisted living unit in the U.S. in 2024 is approximately $5,000 per month.(1) That means even ONE vacant assisted living unit could mean a loss of $60,000 annually for your community.
Multiply that by 10 to 20 vacant units, and you’re looking at losing between $600,000 to $1,200,000 or more per year in revenue, not including any Level of Care charges.
